This document regulates the terms, conditions and norms of use of the web site ritual-interiors.com as well as the responsibilities derived from the use of its contents, such as texts, graphs, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sound, databases, images, expressions and information, as well as any other development protected by laws and international treaties regarding intellectual and industrial property.

1 – Purpose
Ritual Interiors is an online store of selected art, textile, jewelry and decoration accessories. They are, in most cases, unique goods manufactured in small artisan workshops and by craftsmen throughout the world.
Access to www.ritual-interiors.com is freely available and free of charge. At any time, the User must make legal use of the services of this web site, according to the present General Terms and Conditions of Contract, the applicable legal regulations and generally accepted Internet practices.
Parents, guardians or legal representatives will be solely responsible for all acts performed by children in their care.
2 – User policy
2.1 Users must be older than 18 years old. Minors must have permission from their parents or guardians in order to provide personal details on this web site.
2.2 It is strictly prohibited to incorporate data of third parties, even with their consent.
2.3 Ritual Interiors reserves the right to not accept or remove false or incomplete registries.
3 – Purchase and price
3.1 The acceptance of the present conditions implies the compliance with the product, its characteristics and price.
3.2 Ritual Interiors makes every effort to provide truthful information on the web site without typographical errors. In the case of an error of this type, it will be corrected immediately. In the case that there is an error regarding any of the prices shown and a client has made a purchase decision based on that error, Ritual Interiors will notify the client of this error, and the client will have the right to cancel their purchase without incurring any cost.
3.3 All taxes, fees and customs duties are the responsibilities of the buyer, according to the destination country of the item.
3.4 The price includes the value added tax (VAT) according to the Spanish regulations. However, this amount does not include product shipping fees, which should be paid additionally. Ritual Interiors reserves the right to modify the commercial offering presented on the web site (products, prices, special offers and other commercial and service terms) at any time.
3.5 Delivery costs will be added to the price, depending on the weight of the order and on the country of delivery, and will be shown during the purchase process.
4 – Payment methods
4.1 Credit cards and Paypal: orders can be paid with valid credit cards (Visa, MasterCard etc.) via PayPal without the need of a PayPal account. The user states that he/she is the cardholder of the card used to make the purchase.

4.2 Direct Bank Transfer: orders can be paid with direct bank transfer. Bank information will be sent by email to the user with confirmation of his order.
The order will be shipped after the funds have cleared in Ritual Interiors’ account.
5 – Product shipment and returns
5.1 Orders will be sent to the address specified by the buyer. The country where the transaction is completed and where the order is shipped to must coincide. If your wish for your order to be shipped elsewhere, please contact Ritual Interiors before placing the order.
Shipments to post office boxes will not be carried out.
5.2 In accordance with current legislation, buyers will have fourteen (14) days to return items from the date of delivery.
6 – Return procedure
In order to return an item, it must be returned in perfect condition. Once the item has been received and its condition checked, the return will be confirmed and the purchase price previously paid will be reimbursed through the same means of payment used to perform the purchase. Shipping costs will be refunded if the reason for returning the item is due to a faulty good having been sent, otherwise Ritual Interiors will not refund shipping costs for returned goods.
7 – Incidents
In the event of incidents related to returns, refunds, defective items, incorrect deliveries or any other issue, users must contact Ritual Interiors as soon as possible.
8 – Attribution of responsibilities
Ritual Interiors is exempt from any responsibility in the following cases:
8.1 Due to the artisanal nature of the items, they may not be exactly as they are shown on the web site. Users acknowledge and accept by virtue of their purchase that the features of each product (i.e. the finishes and styles) may be different and that Ritual Interiors is not responsible for these variations.
8.2 Ritual Interiors will exercise due diligence to make the selected item available to the carrier company. However, Ritual Interiors does not take responsibility for delays resulting from poor functioning of the transportation, especially in the event of strikes, traffic delays and other factors specific to the sector that may cause delays, losses or theft of the selected item.
8.3 Ritual Interiors does not take responsibility for the technical deficiencies, due to unforeseen circumstances or other kind, that hamper the normal functioning of the service via the internet.
8.4 Ritual Interiors does not accept any liability for any loss, damage or harm of any kind caused by the access and the use of the site due to the presence of viruses.
8.5 Ritual Interiors accepts no responsibility for damage, of any type, that may be caused to users by the use of browsers or versions other that those for which this web site has been designed.

Ritual Interiors reserves the right:
