Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to shop at Ritual Interiors.
If I order, will my personal details be safe?
Absolutely. Your privacy is important to us. Please note that all personal details provided will remain with Ritual Interiors and will not, under any circumstances, be distributed to third parties.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. If you would like to change an existing order, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items you require.
If you would like new items to be added to your order or different orders to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your original order(s) and place a new one with all the items you want to purchase.
Do you sell to professionals?
We offer trade pricing across the full range of Ritual Interiors products.

Where do you deliver?
Ritual Interiors ships worldwide, except in case of legal restrictions in some specific countries.
Does Ritual Interiors deliver to PO Boxes?
No, Ritual Interiors doesn’t deliver to PO boxes.
What delivery methods does Ritual Interiors use?
We ship using a regular postal service with insurance and tracking number. However, express delivery can be arranged by contacting us before purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and on the country of delivery. Please see details below.

Zone 1: France (mainland).
Zone 2: EU, Switzerland and Norway.
Zone 3: USA, Canada, Australia and rest of the world.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you by email the tracking number which can then be used to keep updated on the order status.

Colours Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Ritual Interiors online shop. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
If you have any queries relating to our policies, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Juju hats care
Every so often a little blow drying keeps feathers dust free.
Though the Juju hats are treated before being shipped, we highly recommend treating them against moths every 3 months (as one would cashmere and wool) and not hanging them in direct sunlight as the colour may fade.
When not in use, the headdress can be folded into a basket shape, taking up very little space, with the feathers neatly protected inside.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I exchange an item?
Should you wish to exchange your item(s), simply return new, unused item(s), within 14 days of delivery to our warehouse:

We ask that you please drop us an email prior to doing so.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability and that exchanges will only be accepted if :
• The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
• The goods have not been damaged, or washed (where applicable)
• The goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
• The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
Can I return an item?
You may return new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
We ask that you please drop us an email prior to returning an item.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs and initial delivery costs will also be refunded. For any other reason, the return shipping and the initial delivery costs are not refundable.
Return shipping must be prepaid and have a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Ritual Interiors takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.
Please note that only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How do you classify faulty goods?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or with a manufacturing fault. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
Do I have to return my items in their original packaging?
Ideally, yes. Items should be returned in their original packaging to make sure they are protected in transit.
What method should I use for returns?

You may return the goods by any secure means. We request that you contact us prior to doing so.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days after reception of the item(s) providing that the order is in its original condition.
How will I be refunded?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive a refund by the same method you used to pay. Please note that due to the varying processing times of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

SECURE PAYMENTS

Ritual Interiors accept different payment methods:
Credit cards: Payments with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro etc.) are made via PayPal, but no PayPal account is needed. For more information about PayPal, please visit paypal.com
PayPal: At the end of checkout, you’ll be automatically redirected to your PayPal account. For more information about PayPal or to create a PayPal account please visit paypal.com
Direct Bank Transfer: Make your payment directly into your bank account. Use your Order ID as the payment reference. Pease note that your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
